The price transparency information provided below is only a guide and does not constitute an offer of services. Each individual instruction will receive a personal quotation from us, relevant to your instructions.

Time scale

The time involved in concluding a case varies considerably from case to case depending entirely upon the specific features of the individual case and the complexity of the case. The timescale is also affected by the court which in most cases is difficult to predict but we will regularly update you on the progress of your case.

Fees Charges, Disbursements or Costs Estimates

Our basic charges are calculated mainly either by a fixed fee charge or by reference to the time actually spent by our solicitors, paralegals and caseworkers carrying out work on your case. This includes but is not limited to meetings with you, reading and drafting documents, all correspondence, emails, telephone calls, preparation of any detailed cost calculations and time spent travelling away from the office when this is necessary. From time to time, we may arrange for some of this work to be carried out by persons not directly employed by us. We will inform you if this is necessary and advise you of fees for the same.

We will endeavour to inform on the estimate of the number of hours required at every stage of the matter. Any estimate given will depend on the complexity of the issue and many other factors.
